Galvanized and powder coated steel balcony and custom spiral staircase
Here is a project for another great client in Croyde, North Devon. Our client wanted to extend their living space in their upside-down house.
We took care of everything from planning drawings & structural design, through to suppling and installing the galvanized and powder coated steel balcony and custom spiral staircase.
We installed a 21.5mm laminated frameless glass balustrade to two sides and composite decking to the treads on the staircase and balcony deck.
To add some privacy our client wanted a timber clad wall at one end, we supplied this for them in beautiful red cedar. We also clad the underside of the balcony in the same material.
We are stoked with the finished product. Thanks to the team for doing such a great job.

Structural frame to flat roof extension for a laminated frameless glass system
Here we created a frameless glass balustrade for a great client in the beautiful Croyde Bay, North Devon. The brief was to give an unobstructed view of the beautiful bay, they wanted add an elevated outdoor space to their property to make the most of the stunning views around them. I think we most definitely delivered on this with this frameless glass balustrade system.

Single story vaulted roof extension
We supplied the steel structure here including the galvanised beams for local builder Danny West. We also produced the installation drawings for Danny to work to ensuring an easy install on site. Danny was quoted as stating it was a “Proper Job”.
This shows not only the hassle free process when working with DP-SS but also Danny‘s North Devon Credentials.
